Why "streaming" changes everything
Traditional monitoring tools work by polling, asking each device "how are you?" on a schedule, every few minutes. Between those snapshots, your network is effectively invisible. A brief fault, a spike, a degradation event. All of these can occur and resolve without ever being recorded.
The INGO Gateway doesn't poll. It streams. Because the Data, Control, and Management planes are all running in the same platform, performance data flows continuously outward, emitted as events happen rather than sampled every few minutes, events happen. A device roams to a new access point: recorded. A subscriber's throughput drops below threshold: flagged. A WAN link degrades: Liveport is already aware before your team notices anything is wrong.

vRG: Every resident gets their own private network.
The Virtual Residential Gateway (vRG) is one of the most powerful features of the Liveport Gateway platform. In a traditional MDU or multi-tenancy deployment, residents either share a network (no privacy, no control) or each get their own physical hardware gateway (expensive, hard to manage). The vRG is the best of both worlds. The streaming telemetry platform watches over every single one.
How it works
The entire property runs on a single SSID. Residents connect using their own unique personal pre-shared key (PSK). The moment they join, the INGO Gateway automatically builds out their private virtual network with their own VLAN, their own virtual gateway, their own IP address block. No truck roll. No waiting. Online within minutes of connecting.
Behind the scenes, each resident's traffic is fully isolated from every other resident. They can't see each other's devices, they can't interfere with each other's bandwidth, and they each have their own routable public IP if needed. It functions exactly like having a private home router, but with no hardware in the unit.
